It’s been over a year since I’ve done an entirely new Sonic song (Oil Ocean Zone), so why not bring it back with a dual remix?

This is one I’ve been wanting to do for years. Doomsday Zone and Big Arms are 2 of, if not the most intense classic Sonic songs. Big Arms is one of the most covered Sonic songs out there, but I don’t see DDZ getting as much love.

I don’t have a specific reason for starting out with Doomsday Zone first in this dual remix. I’ve just always imagined it as DDZ transitioning into Big Arms. So while it might be out of game order, it sounds cooler to me this way.

It’s Sonic’s 25th anniversary! Maybe we’ll get to that Sonic Fan Medley #2 sometime later? We’ll see!
