The second remake for this year’s May Madness is a song I covered almost 7 years agos: Culex Battle… I mean, the Final Fantasy IV Boss Theme.

I kept this one pretty close to how I did the 2010 version, with the major change being the playing isn’t as crap this time around, haha. The guitar solo is almost entirely different, and I also added a bridge after the second run-through (where the old version ended) that goes into a new, faster paced run-through at the end.

I’m really happy with how this one turned out. There are still a few songs from the FFIV soundtrack that I’d like to do someday, like Zeromus or Battle with the Four Fiends. Until then, enjoy!
